Biography

Brian Preston-Campbell began his career in food at the age of 17, cooking in hotels in his Pennsylvania hometown. Upon graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, he spent his formative years traveling and working in some of the country's top country clubs, resorts, and privately owned restaurants. In 1993 Brian settled in New York City, the undisputed food capital of the country, where he rose through the ranks of several top establishments. Brian assumed the role of Chef de Cuisine at the young age of 24 and became the Chef of an eighty-seat, fine dining restaurant at 25.

After ten years behind the stove, Brian decided it was time for a career change. Given his perfectionist attitude, tireless ambition, and the desire to work for himself, food styling was a natural next move. Since then, he has developed a formidable repertoire of styling techniques. Brian has worked on campaigns for numerous food products, features for editorial publications, food packaging and television commercials throughout the New York area and abroad.
